Welcome to Sunflower Apartments, Kini
Our apartments are situated above Kini bay, with direct access to the beach (50m). The building is situated in a lush estate amongst pine and fruit trees, with mature gardens and a peaceful reception garden with our recently added fish pond where you can enjoy the sunshine, sounds of the birds and sea.
The accomodation consists of fully furnished apartments with everything you’ll need from a home away from home including fully equipped kitchens, broadband internet and on-site parking. All apartments have comfortable private outdoor spaces, either overlooking the bay or gardens. The apartments are welcoming to all, including your pets! For more details, check out our pet’s policy.
The apartments overlook the entire bay, yet are only 5 mins walking distance from the restaurants, cafes and beach bars of Kini. The sandy Kini beach, which has been awarded a blue flag, has something for everyone, swimming in crystal clear waters, beach volley, rockpooling, fishing, or lounging on the chairs of the beach bars futher into the village. There is also easy access to the quieter beach of Lotos. To the North, there is a coastal path and road to beautiful Delfini beach. To explore the more secluded beaches to the north of the island which aren’t accessible by road, catch the Perla 1 boat from Kini harbour!
